What do you do with one of the smallest lots around? For one you painstakingly design a house to the exact footprint as the original house, as that is all that is available, and then you ensure that the house is as unique as possible. Wanting to create a home that mirrored the architectural details and feel of an urban home, almost as much effort was spent on the exterior details as the interior. Despite the many restrictions and hurdles that this lot presented, when the project was complete there truly was an urban oasis right in the middle of Bedford! We are all very proud of this little house!
